WTF is a Wild Mamatermind Retreat?

Dear  Wild Mamas,

After getting to know each other via Zoom for the last 7 moons, this will be an opportunity to dive deeper. To see each other in 3D and to be able to smell each other’s hair.

Expect time and space to be with yourself.
Self-reflection. Solitude.

And then time to connect.
To yourself and then with the other wild mamas.

Dream into that liminal space within.

We will visionquest together.

i.e. We will be wild in the wild, together. As in, we’ll pick a spot in nature and be with each other but away from each other.

Get ready:

To sleep.

To rest. A LOT. Bonjour yin yoga daily.

To snorkel with Nemo and
get daily coconut oil massages on the beach.

And then. And only then…

To play. To dance (badly).

To scheme. To vision quest.

And to dream.

MOM TREAT BALI INCLUDES:

*Accommodation, 2 meals per day, and all workshops are included in the Wild Mamastermind course.

All travel expenses (airfare, taxi, ferry, etc) and massage treatments are not.

About Gili Meno…

Gili Meno is 15 square kilometers, home to about 500 residents.

There is no motorised transport,
as in the island is car-free.

The short distances on land are traversed on foot, by bicycle, or wobbly horse carriage.

About Mao Meno - Our Village

All houses are individually crafted.

The open-air yoga shala offers breezy practices on a wooden floor. Only roosters, cows, and the mosque will interrupt our relaxation…

Mao Meno is a tropical wonderland. Perfect for vision questing.

The property is surrounded by green fields and palm trees, and is nestled just minutes away from pristine white sand beaches and sparkling turquoise water.

The decor of Mao Meno is peaceful, clean, and simple with natural textures of rustic wood, smooth bamboo, and ylang ylang woven roofs.

Messages

Local massages will be available on the beach or at Mao Meno with Carmela’s favorite masseuse.

Getting to the Retreat Location

  • Fly into Denpasar, Bali. Airport code: DPS.

    The Gili Islands can only be reached by sea. The easiest way is from Bali through one of the fast boat companies offering daily transfers from Padang Bai (East Bali).

    Another option is to fly to the Lombok International Airport. From there you can get a drive 2 hours north to Bangsal where the local boats depart to the Gilis.

Karryn Miller

  • Tasha Miller—is a Mama First community builder, and a Wayfinder Coach, and the founder of The Mama Cooperative. She supports a vision for alloparenting and village life in the spirit that our children deserve Mamas who are thriving, not just surviving.

  • Carmela Fleury—is the Village Crazy Mama, a Wayfinder Master Coach, a Certified Holistic Health Coach, and a Yin Yoga teacher. She loves leading “Raising Happy & Healthy Mamas” retreats worldwide. This, along with avoiding laundry, has been her specialty since 2011.

  • Karryn Miller—is a New Zealand-born, Japan-based multi-wonder. She has been working as a yoga and meditation teacher for the last 15 years and became a certified reiki practitioner in 2020. She will be leading us through some yoga and yoga nidra.

  • Gilly Seagrave—is British living in a beautiful farmhouse in the southern Swedish countryside, with her Swedish husband, daughter, dog, and running a handmade accessories and homeware brand called EKA (ekawear.com). She will lead us through a burning session.

  • 6:45am | Tea/Coffee + Fruit + nuts

  • 7:00am - 10:00am | Yoga + Pranayama + Meditation + Visualization

  • 10:00am - 11:00am | Brunch Buffet 

  • 11:00am - 3:00pm | Me time

  • 3:00pm - 5:00pm | Workshop

  • 5:00pm - 6:00pm | Yin yoga

  • 6:00pm - 8:00pm | Dinner
